SeekPicks LLC (“SeekPicks”, “we”, “us”) publishes this website and develops the SeekPicks football analytics mobile app. You can reach us at official@seekpicks.com.

This website is purely informational. It has no accounts, no sign-in, no forms, no comment system and no payment processing. We do not set advertising or analytics cookies here, we do not build visitor profiles, and we do not sell or share visitor information.

Our hosting provider may process standard technical request data (such as IP address, user agent, requested page and timestamp) in server logs for security and reliability. That processing is limited to operating the site.

The SeekPicks mobile app is a separate product. When you use it, we may process the following categories of information:

• Account information — the email address and display name you provide when creating an account.
• App activity — saved picks, favourites, preferences and virtual practice credit balances associated with your account.
• Technical and diagnostic data — device type, operating system version, app version and crash or error reports used to keep the app working.
• Support correspondence — the content of emails you send us.

We do not collect payment card details; any purchase is processed by Apple or Google under their own terms and privacy policies.

To provide and secure the app, to save your preferences and picks, to respond to support requests, to diagnose faults, to prevent abuse, and to comply with legal obligations. We do not use your personal information to serve third-party advertising.

We share information only with service providers acting on our instructions (such as hosting, storage, error monitoring and email delivery), with the app stores where required to operate distribution and purchases, and where we are legally required to do so. We do not sell personal information.

Account information is retained while your account is active and for a limited period afterwards to meet legal, security and accounting requirements. Diagnostic data is retained for a short period and then deleted or aggregated. You may request deletion at any time.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, export or restrict the processing of your personal information, and to object to certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, email official@seekpicks.com. We will respond within the time required by applicable law.

SeekPicks is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

Our service providers may process information in countries other than your own. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for those transfers.

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect information. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We may update this policy as the product evolves. The “last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the current version, and material changes will be highlighted here.
