By accessing this website or using the SeekPicks mobile app, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use them. These terms are between you and SeekPicks LLC.

SeekPicks is an informational and educational football analytics product. It provides statistical estimates, contextual data and written analysis to help users understand matches.

SeekPicks is not a sportsbook, bookmaker, betting exchange, casino or gambling operator. It does not accept wagers, does not hold stakes, does not place bets on your behalf, and does not offer cash prizes or payouts of monetary value.

All analysis, scores, probabilities and confidence values are estimates and may be inaccurate or incomplete. We do not guarantee any outcome, accuracy level or result. Nothing in the product constitutes financial, investment, legal or betting advice, and you are solely responsible for any decision you make.

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live if that is higher, and legally permitted to access sports analytics content in your jurisdiction.

App features may require an account. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity under your account. Provide accurate information and notify us of any unauthorised use.

Virtual credits inside the app are practice points with no monetary value. They are not currency, are not redeemable, cannot be withdrawn, sold or transferred, and may be adjusted, reset or discontinued at any time without compensation.

You agree not to:

• scrape, mine, resell or redistribute content or data from the product;
• reverse engineer, interfere with or attempt to disrupt the service;
• use the product for unlawful purposes or to facilitate illegal gambling;
• misrepresent SeekPicks output as guaranteed or verified predictions.

The SeekPicks name, logo, SeekScore™, AI Confidence™, the website, the app and their content are owned by SeekPicks LLC or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You receive a limited, personal, non-transferable licence to use the product for its intended purpose. Third-party data and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.

Any paid features in the mobile app are sold and processed by Apple or Google under their own terms. Refunds, billing and subscription management are handled by the relevant store.

We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of the website or app at any time, including features described on this website before release. We aim to keep the service available but do not warrant uninterrupted operation.

The website and app are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SeekPicks LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss arising from reliance on analysis provided by the product. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this clause may not apply to you.

We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are breached or if required for security, legal or operational reasons.

We may update these terms. The “last updated” date reflects the current version, and continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.
